Gan Siow Huang on LTVP and LTVP+ holders in workforce

As at December 2020, there are 17,890 Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) and LTVP+ holders who are part of the workforce. Of these, 190 or about 1 per cent are self-employed. Collectively, the employed LTVP and LTVP+ holders make up about 0.5 per cent of Singapore's workforce. Minister of State for Manpower Gan Siow Huang gave this update in reply to an MP's questions in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 2).
