Teachers must be appraised in a fair and transparent manner in a nurturing environment, said MP Louis Ng. Speaking in Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 3), he called for a relook at the way teachers are ranked and appraised. He also proposed that teachers be given feedback early so that they will have a better sense of how they are faring.
