Committee of Supply 2021 debate, Day 3: Sitoh Yih Pin on transformation of Government communications

There is a need to ensure that all Singaporeans receive timely and accurate Government information that is relatable and understood by everyone, said MP Sitoh Yih Pin in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 2). He asked how the Government takes into account different factors such as age group, language barrier and level of digital literacy in its communications. He added that it is important that the same digital channels are able to receive valuable ground feedback on Government policies.
