Committee of Supply 2021 debate, Day 3: Seah Kian Peng on keeping digital universe safe and fair

Screen time has increased by leaps and bounds in the past year. The digital world is occupying more of our waking hours, said MP Seah Kian Peng. Speaking in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 2), he asked the Government to share its plans to invest in infrastructure to expand Singapore's digital universe and to keep it safe from scams, as well as ensure that it is fair for all.
