Committee of Supply 2021 debate, Day 3: Patrick Tay on workplace harassment

Perhaps it is time to review the tripartite advisory on managing workplace harassment, especially at a time when more Singaporeans are undergoing Professional Conversion Programmes, work trials and traineeships, said MP Patrick Tay in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 2). He asked if further enhancements could be made to better protect and safeguard both existing and incoming employees.
