Singapore is moving to better manage cybersecurity risks in its critical information infrastructure (CII) across the entire supply chain. A new programme will encourage CII owners to help oversee their vendors’ risks as well. In the longer term, CII companies must also adopt a zero-trust cybersecurity posture. In Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 2), Senior Minister of State for Communications and Information Janil Puthucheary also said an SG Cyber Safe Programme will be launched to help companies improve cybersecurity. It will include an informational toolkit and a voluntary "trustmark".
