Committee of Supply 2021 debate, Day 2: Wan Rizal on Total Defence for collective resilience against crises

Singaporeans have put Total Defence into action to overcome past crises and in the fight against COVID-19, said MP Wan Rizal. Speaking in Parliament on Monday (Mar 1), he said Singaporeans have risen to the unprecedented challenge during the pandemic with their collective resilience. He asked the Ministry of Defence for its plans to strengthen Singapore's resilience against future challenges.
