In Parliament on Monday (Mar 1) MP Tan Wu Meng called for the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to work with the Ministry of Manpower in giving recognition to companies that hire ex-offenders, such as through a "Yellow Ribbon inclusive hiring mark". He also proposed that MHA work with the Ministry of Finance so that "good, inclusive" human resource practices are supported in the evaluation of Government tenders.
