In Parliament on Monday (Mar 1), MP Seah Kian Peng asked the Ministry of Defence if it would consider adopting climate defence as a new pillar of Total Defence. He urged for climate defence to become the seventh pillar of Total Defence, giving it "the priority and urgency that it deserves".
