Singapore securing a sufficient supply of COVID-19 vaccines ahead of other countries was no small feat and it is now in a good position to emerge from the pandemic, said MP Murali Pillai in Parliament on Monday (Mar 1). In addition, investments in Singapore have continued "unabated", he said. He pointed out that Singapore is in a good position to realise its ambition of becoming a "Global-Asia node", and asked how the Ministry of Foreign Affairs could facilitate this, and if the integration of the ASEAN market would materialise.
