How are the Ministry of Defence and Singapore Armed Forces preparing to cope with increasing manpower constraints caused by the country’s declining population growth rate? This question was posed by MP Mohd Fahmi Aliman in Parliament on Monday (Mar 1). He said Singapore must be ready to do more with a leaner SAF, to tackle a wider spectrum of threats in an increasingly complex global security environment.
