In Parliament on Monday (Mar 1), Second Minister for Foreign Affairs Maliki Osman responded to questions from MPs on areas including Singapore's bilateral relations. He said that Singapore and Malaysia are deeply intertwined, with strong people-to-people and economic links. He said Singapore remained Indonesia's largest foreign investor in 2020 and that the Singapore-Indonesia Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) would be reinstated once both parties are ready. Meanwhile, the Singapore-Brunei RGL was opened last September and the two sides will continue to explore collaborations in new areas.
