Committee of Supply 2021 debate, Day 2: Alex Yam on boosting training safety in the SAF

The second External Review Panel on SAF Safety would have completed its three-year tenure last year, said MP Alex Yam in Parliament on Monday (Mar 1). He asked for an update on the panel's findings and how the SAF had followed up on the recommendations. He also wanted an update on the audit findings of the SAF Inspector-General's Office since 2019 and the measures that had been introduced in response.
