Budget 2021 debate: Shahira Abdullah on tapping the ingenuity of youths

The Government should harness input from Singapore's youth in formulating national policies, said NMP Shahira Abdullah in Parliament on Thursday (Feb 25). Citing her experience as a consultant for Youth Action Challenge, a platform for youth to tackle community issues, she said that she has been amazed by the ingenuity of the ideas proposed. She suggested that their ideas on policies could be further developed by connecting them to experts and people on the ground.
