Budget 2021 debate: Edward Chia on targeted, calibrated support for businesses

In Parliament on Wednesday (Feb 24), MP Edward Chia called for more targeted and calibrated support for Singapore businesses, while helping entrepreneurs face the different sets of challenges at various stages of their company's growth. He stressed the importance of the relevance of the support and called for the measures for smaller businesses to be "specific and bespoke".
