The K-beauty drinkable sleeping Mask that has got beauty junkies abuzz
It doesn’t just hydrate skin while you rest – it apparently promotes deep sleep too.

Drop everything! This is not a drill: The innovative South Koreans, engineers of our staple cushion compacts and favourite sleeping facial masks, have done it yet again. This time, it’s a sleeping mask that you can actually drink.
Meet the Youth Collagen Drink ($150 for 30 bottles), a breakthrough from K-beauty label Laneige (a.k.a one of the first folks who got us masking while we slept with its popular Water Sleeping Mask).

The delicious, fruit-flavoured drink was previously a regular collagen drink (with skin-fortifying ingredients such as fish collagen, vitamin C, pomegranate extracts and antioxidant-rich green grape) and has now been reformulated, purporting to flood skin with moisture and improve sleep quality all at once, so you awake well-rested with that next-level glow.
So, what’s new? For starters, two key ingredients: Oxygen- and -mineral rich water from the depths of the East Sea in Goseong, Korea, which lock in moisture for well-hydrated and luminous skin throughout the day; and naturally-occurring amino acid GABA which encourages deep sleep and relaxation. Together, these two support skin’s water balance levels and encourage skin to go into its night repair mode – facilitating the process of creating healthy cells and collagen regeneration.
The drink, free of artificial colouring, preservatives and sugars, is the perfect nightcap to lull you into restorative sleep. Take a shot an hour or two before bed, lay your head on one of these good-for-your-skin silk pillowcases and welcome nocturnal tranquillity.
